Lucky Us: Child Safety Standards
Effective July 16, 2026
These standards cover the Lucky Us mobile app, published by Pappas Productions, LLC. They describe our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and how to reach us about child safety.
Zero tolerance
We prohibit any use of Lucky Us in connection with child sexual abuse or exploitation. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or the sexualization of minors in any form. Lucky Us is built for adults planning dates with their own partner.
How the app works
Lucky Us has no social features. There are no user accounts, no messaging, no user matching, no content sharing between users, and no way to meet or contact other people through the app. Everything a user enters is stored locally on their own device and is never transmitted to us or to any third party. Because there is no user-to-user interaction and no user-generated content is hosted or distributed by us, the app does not provide a venue for contact between adults and minors.
Reporting a concern
If you believe Lucky Us is being misused in a way that puts a child at risk, or you have any child safety concern related to the app, contact us at dev@pappasproductions.com. We review every report.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement first. In the United States, reports of child sexual exploitation can also be made to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at report.cybertip.org.
Compliance and cooperation
We comply with applicable child safety laws. If we become aware of CSAM connected to our app, we will report it to NCMEC and to the relevant regional or national authorities, and we will cooperate with law enforcement.
Point of contact
Child safety point of contact: Nick Pappas, Pappas Productions, LLC, dev@pappasproductions.com. This contact is prepared to discuss our CSAE prevention practices and compliance.
